Great experience but pay attn to fees beforehand!
Although various fees add up to quite a large amount, my experience was great; there was a learning curve for me as well to figure out how it all works. Definitely look at the estimator under the initial bid button to see auction fees and note shipping as well beforehand!

Very terrible service and irresponsible representative
So this was my first time using autobidmaster, I did so because your website says one of the benefits of using Autobidmaster is “get full report and inspection of your stock pre and post loading”, so I won the bid for an Hyundai sonata sport 2015 whose primary damage was clearly stated as “normal wear”. I received the car to find out it has a serious mechanical fault that concerns the engine and is already costing me so much, the worst part of it is that when I called your representative in Nigeria who has been my contact person, his response to me has been terrible and not reflective of what is promised on your website, I have sent him messages and he has refused to respond, for a first time customer, I am extremely disappointed, it pains me so much to have trusted a brand like autobidmaster.

Great experience! The website is clear and easy to use. My car was shipped within 2 days after I won it. The final bid was $768, but I ended up paying $2,253 including shipping. In November of 2024 I purchased a 2012…
In November of 2024 I purchased a 2012 Mercedes Sprinter Cargo van. I flew out to Atlanta GA to begin the process of inspection and ownership. My reason to purchase this hinged on the overall condition and seemingly low miles. As it turns out while the seller listed actual mileage at 139677 after over a year of this vehicle being unavailable to operate I discovered that my Diagnostic Scanner lists the actual mileage today at 224177 miles which is a substantial difference. Although the odometer reads 144256 miles it's quite apparent that seeing the actual miles listed via the icarsoft mb 3.0 Diagnostic Scanner Reader 224177 miles had I known this actual information would have ended my interest in purchasing this. And I hold responsible Autobidmaster for its negligence in actually reporting of this as actual mileage. When all they had to do to find the true mileage is scan the detailed information with a diagnostic scanner. This vehicle has been inoperable since I purchased this from autobidmaster in 2024 and have had several technicians attempt to repair this only to fail to find the problem to repair this vehicle. Leaving me with a waisted 8000.00 purchase

terrible experience overall, they give you one day to pay for the car, my bank has a limit to zelle for 5000, the invoice was 8000 so had to pay the remaining 3000 by a wire transfer which take normally a one business day so you end up paying a late fee of 50$ literally at the end of the day that you bought the car at, let alone the lack of payment options, I will take g02auctionsnow.com all day over them
