They are totally peddling garbage. I could say I’m selling a yacht but when THEY deliver it is a Chester Van they will take NO responsibility. They simply say they are a broker and it is your responsibility to verify that what THEY say they are selling is actually what they are selling. Then when you ask them about being ripped off they simply give you the opportunity to ripoff someone else. For a fee. How is Auto Bid Master or Copart allowed to do business?

Lack of transparency and potentially misleading advertising I purchased a vehicle through Autobit Master relying on the information displayed in their online listing and auction. The listing only showed minor cosmetic issues and never mentioned any serious mechanical problems. Based on that description, I proceeded with the purchase, paying several thousand dollars. When the vehicle arrived, it wouldn’t start at all. The engine was completely damaged (“engine seized”), something that was never disclosed. Because of this omission, I ended up losing a significant amount of money, as I had to sell the car for a fraction of what I originally paid. What concerns me even more is their attempt to blame the buyer by saying they “recommend inspecting the vehicle in person.” That argument is illogical. If they offer online auctions, then the platform is required to be transparent, truthful, and compliant with basic consumer protection standards. The duty to disclose essential mechanical issues lies with the seller — not the customer. From a legal standpoint, failing to disclose major mechanical defects may constitute misleading advertising, misrepresentation, and a violation of consumer protection laws. A company cannot shift its lack of transparency onto the buyer or justify it by claiming the customer should have been physically present. The law requires accurate, complete, and honest descriptions. My experience was extremely negative: the information they published did not match the actual condition of the vehicle, resulting in a substantial financial loss. I cannot recommend this platform, as their lack of transparency can seriously harm buyers.

I call to follow up the title of a car I bought on an auction so I call and talk to Mrs Luba who helped me to find out what the status of the paperwork was, but she was so kind to call me back with all the information and even the track number so I can know for fact what to expect. I have to say Luba was very helpful, clear, educated, on time (cause she say she was calling me back in two hours and exactly on time she call me with all the regarding information. I recommend Luba without hesitation

Total fiasco with shipper today they…

Total fiasco with shipper today they could not offload our truck from the trailer bcs the front tires were stuck in a position to fall off the trailer. Bidmaster said i should have provided off load equipment!!! makes no sense and if they needed that provided i should have had prior notice to arrange this. They wont issue a refund and I'm having to pay for shipping again. What a waste of time

They screwed us out of 1400$

They screwed us out of 1400$. My wife had to have an emergency surgery and they found cancer on her kidney. This place wiped out credit cards out. You need to understand this is Russian owned. They come over here and take advantage of US citizens. They could care less about it. I’ve been off work and have made a gofundme me to try to help after they cleaned our accounts out.

This company wiped our credit cards out after I found out some really bad health news. My husband works so hard and has been off work to help me with cancer treatment. Our way of life changed overnight. This crap company wiped out our finances in a matter of minutes. Yury is living the good life though. Don’t worry. Karma is real. Check your emails.
