Worst car rental service, they have no authority over the car booking. It’s in tie up with Hertz and Hertz refuses to accept any terms and conditions provided by Aut europe. We were double charged for the same rental by Hertz that was already paid to Autoeurope. And they said they would take 15 days to get back on the issue. The payments get deducted instantly but resolving issue takes a minimum of 15days.

I especially appreciate the detailed information provided by AutoEurope, covering ALL aspects of the car rental. The reservation process is clear and straight forward and the phone support is very efficient. Nothing is left for guessing.
Number of options. Clear elaboration of instructions that are also relevant to your home country. Liked the declaration of points as pop-ups - so as not to miss the important stuff.
