Ease of on-line booking. I have used you folks for approximately 20+ years and the Service is the Very Best. I have had occasion to telephone for changes etc., and your people on the phone are similarly helpful and great to work with. Kindest Regards; William Ellwood
I have used Auto Europe for multiple car leases and rentals for years now and always come back for the same reasons. The site is exceptionally user friendly, accurate comparisons on vehicle prices, access to telephone help if needed and ease of booking. The pick up and drop off of the vehicles is always seamless too, with friendly staff always willing to provide info and help when required. I will be back again.
Customer service is the best ! I spoke to Leo ( Maine USA ) he was friendly, helpful and efficient. I needed a rental for two months in France and he got me the best deal possible along with some good advice for the insurance. The best rental experience possible. I will be a return customer without a doubt. Thank you Leo.
