The number they provided did not work. Asked a refund and the customer service rejected my request and used profanity in their response back me.
I posted that message here and it was removed - because it contained profanity. Autofications still responded before it was taken down and asked me to contact their support, which I did. It's been ~10 days now with no response from them.
Posting the experience in full now here. Would steer clear of this shady service.

Hello,
Please contact our support at our website or at support[at/@]autofications.com and we will be happy to assist you.
The quality of the product exceeded my expectations, and their customer support was very responsive and helpful when I had a question. It’s clear that they care about their customers and provide top-notch service.
Had some problems with the SMS verification at the start so I contacted Customer Support.
They responded quickly, helped me and guided me through the process of the application so I could successfully get a verification. Great service for a great price.
Take your money - Bug nothing works - verification codes & phone numbers they provide don’t work.
