I think it's always more interesting and constructive to contact people before getting upset, but apparently it's too complicated for you!
It can do almost everything. Its a "set it and forget it" software. But, its "connected" with the regional settings of the user profile. I would like this software to be independent from the regional settings. I choose the language "english" and everything must be in english.

As an enterprise systems integrator for document workflow, Automated Email Manager (AEM) is by far the best tool in the market. We add AEM for all ECM customers. Its value priced with perpetual licensing, rock solid and stable and has a ton of very cool features. We use primarily for email imports by converting eFiles and MS office documents and the body of the email into PDF's

I have been using Namtuk for years and it has never failed me. We some very specific uses for automatic email manager and it has facilitated those tasks with very little effort on our end. It works reliably and it offers a very good value for the price!

This is vs a great app but would prefer a little more notice re expiry date etc. I was on annual leave when the renewal notice arrived and there was very little time to ensure the functionality remained in place. Otherwise very good
Thank you for your feedback. For your information, we send email notifications 1 month, 2 weeks, and 3 days before expiration. In the application, a notification is displayed on the dashboard 30 days in advance. We will improve the notifications in a future version. Have a great day.
