It was easy to renew. Only question it showed a price of $89 but when it went to next screen was $160

I have only just realised how long we have been reliant on this software. It has done great service for us since 2007 ! Apart from the single task that we purchased it for many years ago, the more you dig into the possibilities of what it CAN do, you find more and more uses for it that you never knew you needed it for. It has never caused us any problems but when we have had questions about additional uses the support is second to none - often responding in minutes. It does exactly what it says it does and probably more, with a bit of ingenuity applied. Highly Recommended !!

Automatic-email-manager has worked as advertised for us since 2019. We have never had any issues, as long as we consider prior arrangements for any changes we make to the "computer or email set up" which AutoEmail is connected through to do it's magic. AutoEmail Support works well with us. The software saves time and we love it !!
Very convenient to have all inbound and outbound emails from both asst and me saved automatically. Has helped to have the historical documentation quite a few times. In 2025 we had 8921 emails saved. And we have history back to 2019 using this program.

Third party would not accept credit card, then their bank took 10.01 in fees so I had to send second payment. I sent an additional $20 to ensure renewal - no idea what happened to surplus as they did not respond !

You are our customer since 2015, we found your 1-star review to be somewhat unfair, as the issues mentioned do not pertain to our product or services.
We are working very hard in the kitchen and it is not possible to handle the order with a Mobile Phone in the working process. So it´s easier for us to get printed out automatically all Mails with Order and handle this in our kitsche with a printout. The software is working always stable also with a complex design layout from Woocommerce. Thanks a lot for this solution!

Had a few questions during trial, and sent a help request, thinking maybe they will get back to me within a couple of days. Nope, within 10 minutes, each time Ernest responded with exactly the help I needed. You cannot ask for better support - needless to say, I have now bought a licence. The program has so many features buried within: Initially I wanted it to print specific emails to a dot matrix printer – it does this perfectly. Then I thought, can it save attachments to a NAS server? Yup, and it does that very well. Can it alert on Slack and Pushover? Yes – perfectly. If you have many repetitive tasks with email, then this program will not disappoint. The more I use it, the more I find uses for it. Combined with superb customer service, it is definitely recommended! Well done Ernest and all at Namtuk!

Really great software for bridging the gap between how people email in receipts and how they need to be formatted to be accepted in online accounting software. I have this configured to convert the email and attachments to PDF for uploading to Xero as part of an automated workflow. Really worth trialling at automatic-email-manager.com
