Fills our usage case exactly
Fills our usage case exactly. Automatically prints, and only has issues when we update our systems and need to set it back up again. Otherwise runs without issue.

I have used this product before.
I have used this product before, working for a another organisation. When my current employer needed a way of automating the management of particular emails, then this was my go-to product. Easy to use, plenty of ready-made templates and well documented.

We have used Automatic Email Manager for over a year to automatically print from emails to remote un-manned sites with multifunction printers. The solution has worked seamlessly.

Won't accept Registration Number
I was able to get technical support to activate the program after being unable to get it to accept my registration number. Where it says enter your NAME, what it really wants is your email address. It would be nice if they would say that. Next problem to tackle is to get it to accept my email to add to the account. Waiting for a response on that issue now....
