I contacted support because my Shopify app kept showing "Missing FAQs structured data" on my product page. Viola asked for the page link, quickly realised my store was password-protected, which was blocking the scan. After I temporarily removed the password, she re-checked and confirmed the FAQ schema was actually there and working. The issue was resolved properly within minutes.
