I fully cooperated and sent all requested documents, first yesterday and again this morning. Despite this, my account is still not verified, my money is being held, and I have not received a clear explanation or a proper solution from their support team. The most frustrating part is the lack of transparency and communication. I understand that verification procedures are necessary, but keeping a customer’s funds while delaying the process without a clear reason is unacceptable. I am currently trying to get my money returned and resolve this situation, but based on my experience so far, I cannot recommend this casino. I have been awaiting a payout of $500 since the end of February. After a series of emails verification was confirmed on the 27 April and told to wait the 18 working days. I have still not received my winnings and when asked on chat they say they can’t help and management do not return emails!! Customer service is terrible.
