I am amazed by the quality of customer service by one of your staff located at Kuching International Airport. His name is Muhd Petres. I am so glad he is the one attend for my reservation because he is very helpful, polite and professional. He even recommended my family and I where to eat Sarawakian cuisine without us asking him to. Not only that, he told us some places to visit and when we review those places, we were amazed. I would like to recommend him, Mr.Petres if anyone came to Sarawak to rent a car because he will really give you great customer service. Thats all !! Thank you Avis Malaysia for this wonderful experience. Will definitely come to Kuching again and hopefully will be attend by Mr.Petres again. I do not remember the exact date of my rental. but i hope this review are helpful.
