Rental car incident

I had a recent incident with a rental car - scraping a pole in a carpark. This incurred the full excess charge from the car rental company, however thankfully i had taken out protection with RentalCover and we were reimbursed the full amount plus costs. The process to lodge a claim was online and straight forward. I received a response within 2 days and upon providing an extra document, received payment after only 1 further day, so very quick and efficient. Would definately use again.

Clear on what documents to upload and the process for a claim. The only regret is that the reason for the claim was for damage which I think wasn't caused during my rental, so felt like a scam. Still, Rentalcover paid up very promptly and with now quibble or dispute so it does what it says on the tin.
