Unfortunately I had to claim a damage to the Camper i rented. The claim process was very easy and clear. Just upload the right documents and then the handling was very fast. When claim was approved they asked for bank details, once filled the money was on my account within an hour.

I hit my rented campervan in Germany as I back it into a fence. It was my campervan first experience and I didn’t look in the rear camera as I was backing very slowly and gently hitting a fence. The fence had not a sign of damage but there were 2 small cracks around the rear left light carrier. A small damage which was estimated within an hour 730 Euro which were deducted of my 1,500 deposit. Luckily, I paid 160 USD as a deposit insurance to RentalCover. I was approved the 730 Euros claim within a day and a day later saw the money in my account. 160 USD paid to RentalCover saved me 730 EURO.
The rental company Via car rental in Tampa FL I can't say nothing good about but rentalcover stepped up to handle a very bad situation for me in the middle of a crisis so they get a 20 on a scale to 10. My dog fell out the window at 65mph on i4 in Tampa and I left for San Francisco to deliver a load and stopped in reno , NV and woke up to a phone call of my mother passed in PA and went to get a $7 drink and holding up the line because it kept declining my bank card because Via car rental decided to hit my card for $1080 which put my account in the negative and I still needed to get to San Francisco to deliver and drive back to Pennsylvania with no money until my next pay. Thank you rentalcover for getting me my money back for something that wasn't my fault and no communication with the car company

I needed to make a claim as one of my kids opened the rental car door onto a post in a car park. The hire car company then charged me 410 euros as my excess was 2,500 euros.
