We had some damage to the car caused when it was parked unsupervised. I had some issues uploading the documents but this was probably caused by my VPN. Once uploaded everything was handled very quickly and the cover was confirmed the same day and the refund I got the next day.
Made an error on application and found it a little dificulr to make the change . so I cancelled and made a new application for cover. Once I had mastered the system it was easy. Got Euro credits too. I feel very confident with this insurance company as I have used them once before and will definately use again.

Overall Rating: 9/10 Title: Super fast claim resolution, though minor discrepancy on currency payout The claim process is very detailed and requires you to provide a complete set of supporting documents, but the web app/platform is user-friendly and easy to navigate. The main issue I encountered was with the reimbursement calculation: The rental car company issued an invoice for €800, but actually charged my credit card $1,106.93 (which converted to approximately €950). Even though I explicitly requested a refund of €950 to cover the actual amount charged, the insurance company only reimbursed roughly €766 based on the official exchange rate of EUR to ILS. Ultimately, I was refunded €188 less than what was actually deducted from my credit card by the rental company. Despite this currency discrepancy, I am giving a score of 9 out of 10 because of their incredible speed—the payout was transferred to my bank account within just a few hours of submitting the claim. overall, very impressive and reliable service.

Fantastic. I'm pretty tight but I have zero trust car rental companies will not try and fleeece you. As expected, rental company raised a list of spurious damage so I submitted a claim with RentalCover as I didn't have the time/ energy to fight the case. They approved the claim within 24hrs and the whole drama is a distant memory. Great stuff.
