I couldn't believe

I rented two cars through Booking with full coverage from rentalCover. I was skeptical whether when I actually had a claim they would actually pay or try to evade. I must admit I couldn't believe that within three days of filing the claim I had already received a full refund!

I filed a claim for a small collision I had with my rental vehicle. The process was very smooth: I uploaded pictures and videos of the vehicle, along with rental documents provided by the rental company. The claim was approved very quickly and payment came in within 1 day.

It's a SCAM. I booked online and paid for insurance. There was no record of my insurance at pick-up and I had to buy insurance from the rental company as well, and now I have to spend hours fighting to get the money back. It's a SCAM. Run away.
