I was initially drawn to Awakenpedia because of its mission and overall concept. After meeting with the founder, I felt genuinely aligned with the vision and the potential of what they are working to create.
However, upon accessing the platform, I found that the content and resources currently available were quite limited and did not reflect the value of the membership cost. I recognize that this may be due to the platform being in its early stages, and I understand that building something of this nature takes time.
My primary concern is with the billing experience. After cancelling my membership, I have continued to receive charges to my credit card. I have made multiple attempts to contact the team to resolve this issue and have not received a response.
This lack of communication and follow-through has been disappointing and does not align with the integrity suggested by the platform’s mission. I would advise others to proceed with caution.

Hi Brandy, this is Brian from Awakenpedia's client support team. Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We appreciate all feedback in efforts to make Awakenpedia a better ecosystem for everyone involved. I looked into your account and want to clarify that this was simply a timeline gap between when your account was being processed for cancellation and our payment processors auto-retry policy when a payment fails. You hadn't cancelled your account prior to your renewal, which is why your payment method was rightfully attempted to be charged according to the terms of your subscription. After you submitted your cancellation form the attempts to charge your payment method stopped accordingly. I hope this clears things up and thanks again for being a part of our community!
I was so moved by the speakers—each one was so focused and intentional, and you could feel the love in every word. Truly a special experience. I'd definitely recommend this site to others.

I just found very important to know…
I just found very important to know deeper understanding of ancient knowledge.
Customer service was amazingly poor given the type of company they claim to be. After being charged for a renewal that I didn't want, they refused to refund me. How hard would it be to do the right thing and issue a refund?

Hi Paula, this is Shannon from Awakenpedia! Thank you for sharing your feedback with us and we are very sorry to hear about your challenging experience with the support team. After speaking with the rep and looking into your account it appears that you never cancelled your subscription prior to your renewal, which is why it renewed as expected. As a global community overseeing thousands of members from dozens of countries around the world we trust you understand that we must have clear and firm community policies in order to operate and we don’t believe it is fair or sustainable to make exceptions for certain individuals and not for others. Please remember that you can always cancel your subscription at anytime from inside your account settings to prevent any future charges from occurring. If you have any further questions or concerns please reach out to us at “[email protected]” and we’ll get back to you right away - we’d like to do what we can to make this right and want to thank you for being a valued member of Awakenpedia!

This platform is life changing!
Awakenpedia came into my life right when I needed it most. I’ve had the opportunity to participate in several of their online events, each one led by incredible practitioners who provided truly transformative experiences. This platform offers so much! It’s opened the door to dozens of spiritual healing modalities and connected me with gifted healers from around the world. One of the most beautiful parts was meeting and sharing the journey with others who joined the same events. The sense of community and connection has been just as healing as the practices themselves. 😊

A wonderful community!!
Awakenpedia is a wonderful resource for anyone on their journey of awakening. It’s a beautifully curated space where like-minded practitioners and seekers can connect, share, and grow together. I love how the site fosters meaningful conversations and provides valuable insights into different aspects of spiritual growth and healing. Whether you're looking for inspiration, guidance, or a supportive community, Awakenpedia offers a welcoming and enriching experience. So grateful to have found this space!
I am a practitioner in the Awakenpedia directory and I have participated in 2 retreats now. These are such a special way to connect with others on a like-minded path. I have been a part of other directories in the past and nothing has been quite like Awakenpedia. The energy and enthusiasm Cam and Maddy pour into these experiences make them unlike any other community I have been a part of. Grateful for people like them doing beautiful things to make the world a better place. And grateful I get to partake in the community they created. I highly recommend their virtual retreats if you are looking for some more spiritual/personal development, like-minded community and an overall nourishing experience. 💜
