Received a call tonight to review/confirm a change request made a few days ago. Agent was very helpful clarifying the request and ensuring all members in our party were covered. He was also very helpful explaining the claim process if we need to file a claim during our trip. This is our first time using AXA for travel medical insurance. Will be happy to update review upon our return home in October 2026
