Luckily I read several reviews and knew this brand runs a little small. I sized up one from my normal. I just received my dress. It’s pretty, but the built in bra seems like it’s placed so high up in the dress?? Will need to figure out how to deal with that

Nice grad dresses!

I bought a dress for my graduation. The pictures and the product I received were the same. I was very happy with the option of the custom sizing, and it fit perfectly! The quality looks and feels great and durable. I have no experience with their return system though, so I did read that might be an issue.

IGNORE THE BAD REVIEWS ITS SO GOOD

I dont understand how this place has bad reviews, i bought my prom dress from here custom sized and it came within 3 weeks basically perfect, sizes where on point quality and packaging was amazing honestly ignore the bad reviews because this place is great, not too mention how good the value is, tried on a 650 pound dress that looks identical too the one i bought from here for 150!

Terrible company

Terrible company, wish we had checked reviews before trusting them. They’re not in the uk as implied, they’re based in china, despite uk postage labels and uk return address on the package. Dresses don’t fit properly and they then pretend they’re custom to try to charge you a restock fee for returns. They can’t do this legally as they’re not custom or made to order. They’re trying to ignore uk laws and trading standards. Then they want you to pay at your expense for return to china for goods that are no good. For goods bought on a uk website, paid in pounds, no mention of overseas returns, sent with a Uk postage label and the package containing a Uk return address and the address Amex have is a Uk address in Ealing. They don’t even read emails and send generic replies. A few weeks before our wedding and now we have this added stress from a company that doesn’t want to abide by Uk laws or trading standards. They have been dragging it all out with generic emails so now it’s on to the credit company and trading standards. I suggest everyone else does the same, they were given ample opportunity to fix this properly but choose not to

Ordered my wife a dress for an upcoming wedding. Had her professionally measured and ordered per the sizing guideline on their website. The dress of course run small, go to return it and they charge you $50 to return the dress to China. Kind of scummy for an American company to make you return an item that they sized incorrectly out out of the country and make you pay for it.

Returns are impossible

I bought three flower girl dresses, all of which were the wrong size, so I’ve tried to return them and it’s impossible. What a waste of money. Only buy from here if you’re sure you’ll keep the item.

I was so worried about buying a dress…

I was so worried about buying a dress due to all of the people saying it wasn’t good quality or it didn’t come. But I ordered it and it was exactly how I wanted it. I was in between two sizes and I was nervous, so with a free custom sizing it was Perfect! For anyone who is worried like I was I think it will be okay!!

Don't do it

In September, I ordered several dresses with expedited shipping, paying an extra € 50. The dresses arrived late, making them no longer needed. I was given two options: keep the dresses with a €70 compensation (on a total order over €300) or return everything while covering both return and customs fees myself. The latter is not in accordance with applicable regulations. Additionally, the package was required to be returned to China, despite the website ending in .fr, which is misleading. During the return process, I was encouraged to declare a false low value (€30 instead of €300), which I refused. I chose to declare the full value, yet the package has now been stuck at customs for an extended period without clear updates or resolution. I suspect that Babaroni is refusing to cover the customs fees, which is why the package remains stuck. The company fails to proactively update me on the status. I must always send follow-up emails, yet there is no resolution or clear information from their side. This experience demonstrates a lack of transparency and proper handling. I cannot recommend this service at all.
