wrong Bridesmaid dress sent out.

I am honestly fuming with the customer service I have had from Babaroni. I ordered a multiway dress in orange for one of my bridesmaid and paid £101 all together with shipping. When the dress came it was no where near what I ordered. I emailed and asked for a return address and a full refund! That was 5 WEEKS ago. I am still waiting for my full refund and cost of shipping as that was an extra £33! Save your time and look else where. This has honestly upset me! Absolutely shocking!

Olive Green Bridesmaid dresses

I was searching for months to find olive wedding dresses for my bridesmaids. Babaroni had the perfect color and custom made the dresses according to the measurements. I was very happy with the dresses.

Very satisfied with my order , ordered for a wedding dress came in a decent time frame about 3 weeks It was a bit long so I had to get it altered although I am 5’1 1 170lbs . Will definitely order again but down size

Great communication! I ordered dress and I hadn’t measured correctly, contacted the company had a response within 24 hours and arranged replacement dress. Would happily order from this company again. Dress was also great quality that can be worn without bra due to the support in dress.

I had a great experience! I reached out to customer service letting them know I had a tight deadline and ordered express shipping and the dress came ahead of schedule within two weeks! Customer service was very responsive! The actual dress was great quality and very long I’m a tall girl and I was thrilled with the length of the dress and fit! My only tiny gripe would be the dress color was a lot darker irl than in the image online but I actually didn’t mind that and I understand that’s a risk associated with buying from any online store 🤷🏼‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️. I would DEFINITELY buy another dress from here again and I probably will for prom again next year 😊😊

International Order -great service

I placed an order from Australia for a dress for my daughter’s special formal event. It was tight according to the specified lead time and then also international shipping and we were prepared it may not arrive in time. If it didn’t come in time I was in the dog house. I emailed the team at Babaroni and received a reply from Maya next day who undertook to locate our order and try to rush it through. The dress came (which was amazing quality and excellent value) with about 10 days to spare. Excellent product and excellent personalized customer service and communication. Well done and thank you. A warning not to buy from Maya Babaroni!

A warning not to buy from Maya Babaroni!!! As Maya Babaroni uses a “.co.uk” website address, it’s easy to think that you are buying from a UK company, but you are, in fact, buying directly from a factory in China. This means that if you want to return an unwanted item – which is quite likely in my case as we were looking for just the right bridesmaid dresses – you will find it very expensive and very difficult! You cannot return the item to the UK distribution centre which sent it out to you, instead you must pay postage to return it to China. In my case, this cost £40 with UPS. UPS acted splendidly, and within 2 days my package had made it the 6000 miles to Shanghai. Over the next 3 weeks, the package failed to make it the final few miles from the UPS warehouse (Shanghai) to the Maya Babaroni factory (Shanghai). This is because Maya Babaroni failed to take responsibility for retrieving the package. Customs duties – in my case £47 – were imposed on the package. Ultimately, it was cheaper and easier for all concerned for the package to be disposed of, and it was never returned. To be fair, Maya Babaroni did give me a refund, but minus £47 customs duties, and after me paying £40 postage, and after a great deal of hassle – I sent 30 emails over a month-long period.

Measured myself! The dress came back within reasonable time. Material and quality was brilliant for the price! Highly recommend, extremely happy :)

Custom made dresses gone wrong

The bridesmaid dresses ordered were custom made dress. How can these dresses not fit 3 weeks after the order was made? The quality of the fabric is good. However disappointed with the fact that dresses were custom made and still doesn't fit. Not worth spending your money with Babaroni there is no refund with custom made dresses.

Beautiful, high quality dress! Worked perfectly for my event. Shipping was a bit stressful, as it seemed to stall in transit and arrived a week later than it was supposed to, but just in time.

The quality of the dress is beautiful…

The quality of the dress is beautiful however your sizing is inaccurate. I ordered a size 12 and when I tried it on i couldn't even come closing to zipping it up. I had to reorder a new dress 2 sizes larger than what I normally wear so that I could be sure it would fit me.
