Ordered a pair of shoes with a pearl…
Ordered a pair of shoes with a pearl strap - the strap wasn’t long enough to wrap around my ankle so I requested to send the shoes back and have a refund. The company offered me 90% of my money back and also wanted to charge me double the shipping fee! When I challenged this, I was offered a swap which I don’t want after my experience so far.
The shoes are poorly designed and now I will miss out financially. Do not order from here

Bought a dress for my flower girl and it ran small. I needed a bigger size. They make it almost impossible to return. You have to pay for international shipping, no return label provided. Then they take a restocking fee and original shipping cost out of your refund.

Illegal returns policy
Dresses are shipped out of china. 'Hassle free returns' = basically they won't let you return without paying all shipping and customs fees to china, and will only refund 35% of cost. You have to also submit returns within 2 days of receiving goods. All of which are illegal

The wrong size was selected and you all make it difficult for exchange. There should not be a restock fee especially how expensive it is to send it back. You should offer free return shipping. I am disappointed that I have paid over 100.00 for a dress and can't exchange it.
