I love my *erkin bag so much. It looks better in person than on the website. I'll start with how great the shipping is. I was able to track the shipment of my bag so easily. I received it quicker than I thought I would. The quality of the bag is exceptional. The from the hardware to the stitching. Perfect. It was shipped in a nice box, wrapped nicely with dust cover and even a scarf. I will be ordering more from this company

Excellent customer service. They replied promptly to all my emails when I enquired about the delivery service. The bag was perfect. I took one star off because I wasn’t happy with the delivery service. They left the package on my veranda in full view of the street.

Love my bag! Such good quality. Kept me updated with emails and tracking every step of its journey from overseas to New York. Responsive customer support. USPS delivered my package to the wrong address. Not sure what to do, I contacted Baginning support. They responded within 24 hours. Fortunately my mail carrier was able to locate and deliver the package to me the next day. I let customer support know we found it. They sent me a wonderful personalized email saying they were glad I got my package and they appreciated that I updated them and didn’t require their support anymore. I will definitely be ordering more handbags from them!

I have bought 3 bags at different times from Baginning they are 2 smaller bags 1 small tan and 1 small neutral bag. I also bought a tan bag in the larger size but find I can fit all my bits and bobs in the smaller ones and they are my first choice. In them I can put a small umbrella,not so small card holder, sunglasses small brush, lipstick, keys etc easily. The smaller bags are often admired and loved by friends and even sales people who think it is one of those very high end brands that start with the letter H. I always spread the word and don’t gatekeep where I have purchased them. I find being petite in size and height the smaller one suits me best. The quality and leather is excellent and the bags always arrive in A1 condition. I think I need to add a coloured one to my collection so wish me luck in choosing which colour it will be.
