I ordered the plush photo blanket and I was disappointed at how thin it was; there was nothing "plush" about it. The company responded very quickly and offered me a discount on a thicker blanket. They also refunded me the duty I paid to have it shipped to Canada.

Bags of Love enlarged a 4 x 6 size photo to about 30 x 30 with remarkable clarity. The fabic used was very nice quality. This will work perfectly for my project.
Got my items a few days ago, their ok, not the best quality. I stretched the ear part to see its elasticity, and its starting to unravel. They are not extra large, I for one do not have a small face, I was hoping it was going to cover the entire part, but bought them so I will wear them. Color and text was perfect.

Very fast delivery I was impressed! But it was the incorrect size. I ordered a King Size duvet cover but I received a Queen Size instead. US and Canada sizes are the same. I was in the Canadian website but the sizing was a UK one even thou I paid Canadian funds. They have misleading information on their product option window. Customer service offered a discount if I ordered a new cover again. The cover was on the expensive side so I will wait to see how it washes before ordering the larger size.

My masks were great but the only thing I’d change is making the mask a bit more breathable. I wear glasses and they fogged up while wearing the mask also it gets really warm while breathing because it needs more ventilation. I’m thinking the quilted material used if you want a custom mask may be for your message or photo to come out onto the material but other than that I love them! Also from the time I placed my order until the time I received it was fast so that’s a plus too!🙂
I was looking for a photo album for my son's first try at a professional photo collection. He was getting very ambitious about photography. I sent in a couple pictures he had previously taken to use as front and back covers for his album. With the COVID going the entire world was on hold. I was curious on my package and sent them an email checking on it. I had gotten a pleasently verifying reply by a Mili whom let me know all was working properly and directed me to where I could see the progress on my item. I was very refreshed. Upon arrival, the package was well sealed and the album was comfortably wrapped. No problems. When I looked at the album it looked spectacular. Exactly what I wanted. Thank You...
I just wanted to say that I thoroughly enjoyed the entire process. Designing the product was easy, enjoyable, and versatile. The customer service was prompt and polite and helped me create a great gift that was better than my original idea. The product came on time without delay even during this pandemic. I was also surprised at the level of quality of the product, especially for the price. It was quite fantastic and exceeded my expectations. I absolutely loved it and I am absolutely considering ordering from this company again.
I baught a 60x90 cm printed carpet with fringes. First things first i was double billed. They reimbursed less than half of the double billing once a complaint was made about 40% was reimbursed. Then when order was made 5% of a fully symetrical picture of my own design was cropped of by this printing company. So final product was massively flawed. I had to pay another ten pounds for fringes. Alot for shipping. Quality of fabric for carpet was good but 5% of my design was gone it looked unacceptable. I had sent bagsoflove.com the dpi resulotion and everything. Im not satisfied they have sent me an inadequate product i paid alot for this is unacceptable. Orderno 1481015
They printed the request incorrectly and failed to include all the pieces. Decide for yourself if it’s really a company you want to do business with but frankly I find their service subpar. As an aside you may want to look at their number of reviews where the people have one review.
I had a terrific experience designing and purchasing kimonos made from my custom fabric design for my son's upcoming wedding. It was easy and the live chat team was so helpful during the process. The final product is beautiful and well made and will look beautiful on the bridesmaids!

Shipping is fast and quick, however people are correct that it is not a U.S based company. I ordered the custom fabric for lycra which I was extremely excited about because I wanted to stop using a printing manufacturer in China. I had never ordered here before and selected yard. It is NOT a yard of fabric guys. A standard yard would be 58in by 35in for lycra. I got in the mail a scrap piece of fabric for $30, I also paid for 1-2 day shipping and got the regular standard shipping. I do like the fabric quality( way better than spoon flower). I looked around the website to see if they did whole sale and they do! I was excited again. Then I went to put in the dimensions for a REAL yard and the cost is $54 dollars per real yard. I save $10 for the whole sale account per yard depending on how much I order. When you purchase over 51 yards you get 40% off which is still $30 per yard almost double what the standard is for whole sale custom printing. Wish I could have used this company. I would recommend for special projects only, I would not recommend any business to use for fabric printing because you can get custom printing much cheaper else wear. I loved the website and how you can scale your own fabric it is probably my favorite feature. Hope this is helpful for other buyers buying fabric.
All the products they can produce is very impressive. I ordered the throw blanket for my wife and was very impressed with the clarity of the pictures printing process on the fabric. However for $148.00 I would expect a much better quality blanket than what I received, kind of a let down in my opinion. I guess the customer is paying for the picture printing process not a quality product.

I ordered a women swimsuit with my Hubbys face on it for his 40th bday! It was such a hit and so hilarious on our cruise—-I know it will be an unforgettable experience for all that was on the ship. The swimsuit was very comfortable and the photo was so perfect looking like it was made that way—-I will buy more from bags of love! And I will be wearing my swimsuit at any pool party I am invited too!
