Best purchase ever
Bought a Bai Mirror in fall of 2025 and have used it consistently almost every day. From day one, their support has been fabulous. Helping with initial set up to troubleshooting even the minor issues, they have been there to help. The machine itself is a workhorse and with consistent maintenance and care should last for awhile. Hoping to one day have a vision or at least another mirror!

Purchasing experience for my first commercial embroidery machine.
My wife and I purchased a BAI Mirror 1501 embroidery machine in May of last year. This is our experience from purchasing from country overseas. Back in March of 2025 we decided to dabble in the commeriacal side of Embroidery. After many months of research and speaking with many sales people we decided to deal with Amy Wang for the BAI Purchasing group. Amy checked off all the boxes for some one we wanted to deal with. My wife and I were very nervous about making a purchase of this size to an overseas company. We come from a small town in Canada so this was a very big deal for us. Amy reassured us that this was legit. She had us research the BAI sites to help us check out what the BAI group was all about. After several weeks we decided on thec BAI MIRROR 1501 embroidery machine. Now it was time to figure out how we can make a transfer of the funds. With my research I new that the machine was already in Ontario Canada so that was step one. We then went to our local bank to ask how we could do the transaction through our bank. My manager needed some information from Amy to be able to transfer the funds. We contacted Amy and within two days she had the info that was needed. My bank manager also did some research and gave us the green light to make the deal. With in 8 days of the sale we had our first BAI commercial embroidery machine. Amy kept us up dated as to when we should expect to receive the machine. Once that was all said and done Amy set us up with Leo Wang. Leo is an Engineer for the Bai group. Leo is a God send. From the first time I hit the start button to today when I was uncertain of something, he has helped us out. He also has embroidery experience and is very knowledgeable of the craft. As this is a long way from my single kneedle machine to 15 needles and just doing things for small fairs, family and friends to now where it is a full fledged business. In closing all I can say is that if your looking at purchasing a commercial embroidery machine give the BAI group a good look at. They treat us like family. The machine are solid. Excellent customer support! I purchased and received my Bai machine in May and have been slow starting it up. After a few trials I reached out to support. They were able to walk me through some issues and I got it working!! I’m thankful for the videos and photos support sent for me to troubleshoot my error.
Excellent Embroidery Machine with Phenomenal Support
We were brand new to embroidery. We knew it was the next step for us, and given the many different brands, we did a lot of research before deciding to purchase our Bai Mirror. Even though buying our BAI machine felt like a leap of faith, the team at bai.store eased our decision from the start. Their communication before purchase was excellent; they answered all of our questions and never rushed us. Once the machine arrived, their after-sales team really came through. They walked us through setup, answered tons of questions, and made sure we were comfortable before releasing us into the wild so to speak. As with any new equipment or software or combination of the two, there will always be questions and sometimes problems will arise. Recently we ran into an issue where we kept breaking needles while trying to stitch out puff hats. Support responded quickly, diagnosed the issue, and walked us through the solution. We made some changes and we were back up and running perfectly! This is where, in my opinion Bai shines. Anytime I have a problem or question and reach out, I promptly get a response. They are always very polite. They communicate well and are very patient with me as we work through whatever situation I’m referencing at the time. That kind of support makes a huge difference in not only getting up and running, but also allows us to continue with confidence, knowing we have a phenomenal support team standing behind us. The Mirror was our first venture into embroidery and with the quality of the machine as well as the amazing support team, we’re confident not only that we will continue growing our business but that we will add another machine in the future. I’ve been very happy with my BAI embroidery machine. It’s been a true workhorse and has handled heavy production without letting me down. What really stands out, though, is the tech support. I needed assistance, they’ve been responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to helping me get back up and running quickly. You get a dedicated support team (I’ve been with them a year now)! Need I say more??? My help has come from Amy Wang and the most knowledgeable Luke Ren! Ask for them, words can’t describe how amazing they are! My experience with BAI has been incredible from the very beginning. The shopping experience was smooth, but what has truly set BAI apart is their amazing sales and after-sales support team. Whenever I’ve had a question or experienced an issue with my machine, their team has been prompt, patient, and incredibly helpful. Most recently, I experienced a “No Needle” error with my machine, and the support team quickly helped me resolve the issue. They provided excellent YouTube videos that clearly walked me through the troubleshooting process and helped me get my machine back up and running quickly. The videos were easy to follow and incredibly helpful! As a creator and business owner, having a reliable machine is important, but knowing there is an incredible support team behind that machine makes all the difference. I genuinely tell other companies that they should model their customer support after BAI because their team is truly one of the best! I LOVE my BAI machine! It’s been so great learning everything about it. The support from BAI is phenomenal!! Luke Ren is so helpful and knowledgeable about the machine and really makes maintaining and learning new skills a breeze. I just purchased the BAI shoe embroidery adapter and can’t wait to try it out.
I've been extremely happy with my BAI…
I've been extremely happy with my BAI embroidery machine. As someone who has used other brands, I can honestly say this machine has exceeded my expectations. The biggest pros for me are how easy it is to use and how beginner-friendly it is. The interface is straightforward, and I was comfortable using it very quickly. It's also much quieter than I expected. The customer service during the buying process was excellent. They answered all of my questions, and I really appreciated all of the extras that came with the machine. I was also able to save $1,000 by driving to one of their U.S. warehouses and picking it up myself, which was a huge bonus. I've embroidered 60 structured hats without breaking a single needle, and the machine handled them beautifully. If you're planning to do hats, that's been a major win in my experience. Another huge plus is BAI's YouTube channel. Their tutorials are clear, helpful, and make learning the machine much easier. As for the cons, I had gotten spoiled by having a camera for design placement on another brand of machine, so I do miss that feature. I also wish there were a stitch-out timer or counter that estimated how long a design would take to complete. That said, neither of those is a deal-breaker for me. I haven't had any mechanical problems with my machine. Any issues I've encountered have been due to my own learning curve rather than the machine itself. Overall, I would absolutely recommend the BAI embroidery machine. It's reliable, beginner-friendly, handles hats exceptionally well, has great customer support, and offers excellent value for the money.

I had an issue with my embroidery machine right before several important markets, and the BAI support team was incredibly helpful. They stayed in contact with me, walked me through the troubleshooting process step by step, and were patient while we figured out the problem. Their after-sales support made a stressful situation much easier to handle. We purchased the Bai Mirror in February 2026 as our first embroidery machine. It seemed a bit intimidating at first since it is a large commercial workhorse but the sales team has been extremely helpful and have guided us through every question we had. Excellent customer support!
