What people say
Wrong ingredients listed
This is the first time I ordered from them, but when I got the product, the product has very different ingredients listed on the package from what they listed on their website. For me it's very annoying cause I specifically spend a lot of time choosing a product with the right ingredients. Couldn't bother to make sure the ingredient you list are accurate?

Hi Anna, Thank you for your review! We are sorry that the ingredient list was not correct. Sometimes products get updated ingredient lists and although we try to be up to date, we don't always get the information from suppliers in time. Please feel free to contact our customer service regarding the product in question and we will of course update this! Have a nice day! 💜 Best regards, Customer Relations E-post: [email protected]

PACKAGE NEVER SENT
I created order a week ago and I received e-mail said that my package was being registered to courier service at 13 May but I NEVER GOT UPDATE again after that and even now I click the link to follow the package, it didn’t even change, they haven’t sent my order and probably will never send my order. This is a SCAM, do not shop here!

Hi Adam, Thank you for your review! We cannot see that you have been in contact with our customer service regarding your case and given that the product is in unchanged unbroken condition, we can always help with a exchange 🙂 I can see in your order that Jo Malone Myrrh & Tonka Cologne Intense is the item ordered.
