Delivery issues
Decided to give Bangerhead a try after almost a year of not making any orders, due to not having the products I usually used and prices going up etc. But during Black Friday they did have what we were looking for at lower pricing. We ordered 12+ items, and unfortunately they cancelled 2 of them, although when purchasing the products, they were still in stock on their site. It also took extremely long time for them to ship it. Wanted to use instabox, but the order kept getting postponed, until it was delayed for in total 4 days since it should have been delivered. I had to reach out to customer service who compensated me for the issues experience with the purchase.
