Open product, zero safety
The delivery came to the wrong place. When I finally got to pick it up the products inside of the box looked open. No protective layers, films, stickers, nothing to indicate that it is NOT a used product. Or that it is not tampered with. Write to customer service - they said that the two brands I ordered do not have protective stickers in packaging... Apparently. There is nothing they can do. No safety guarantee. I ro not want to order here again, do not recommend to anyone.

They charged me 149 DKK for the return shipping, because i didn’t pick up my parcel since i wanted to return it. At first they said 149 SEK which i thought to myself that it was not that much and now they sre saying 149 DKK?? i wasn’t even aware of the return fee. Not good

My order was not received in good…
My order was not received in good condition. The product looked like it had been either stored incorrectly or already opened. I wrote to customer support with a complaint, and was asked to provide pictures. Instead of taking the issue on, on the spot. I was told that they would get back in touch with me. 5 days later still no reply. The order was not for a small amount of money and maybe you should look into the quality of your customer service support provider and what promises they are making. I was provided no ticket number, nothing. So just left in the dark about what is even happening with my complaint.
