Did not receive all of the items I ordered. Towel rack was not the size advertised and I will have to return it.

Hi Michael, we are sorry for the inconvenience. It is difficult to pick which dimension we advertise. We know you wanted 32"center to center on the mounting points. And the towel bar is 32" from outside to outside. Obviously somebody wanting to fit the towel bar in an exact space would similarly be upset with us if the we advertised the center-to-center rather than the outside-to-outside. It is for this reason why we make the product drawings available online on the product page. Secondly, we do offer 30-day returns to ensure peace of mind when ordering. We will certainly look into the shortage of items on the order as there is no excuse for that. Thank you. The Bathroom Butler team.

Had question about delivery tim
I had question about delivery timeframe for shower footrest as my contractor would be ready soon. Dean assured me of timely shipping. My items arrived in 5 days. I was so impressed with the quality of the footrest, towel ring & hook that I treated myself to the NATURAL 7 bar 25”heated towel bar. The polished stainless steel is stunning. It’s the icing on the cake for my remodeled bath. Thank you Bathroom Butler

We looked for a towel warmer for a long time before we decided on the NATURAL 12 Bar 20 inch Straight Heated Towel Rack with PTSelect Switch - Brushed Stainless Steel. This towel warmer works so well, is sturdily made, and fits our needs exactly. Bathroom Butler is a great company, glad I found them!

Perfect size and function
Perfect size and function. We already had the smaller version for about five years and it was great. Now we are moving and have a little more room so we went with the 20" 15 bar version. Juust as good but a little bigger and therefore a little better.

Great product and great customer support. It took us a while to hang the fixtures so we were past the 30 day return window. They accepted the product back without any issues. The product is well made and better than anything you buy from the big box stores.
