I can’t stress enough how wonderful this company is to work with. My order was lost by UPS and when I inquired about my order, Dean at Bathroom Butler immediately responded with an update. When I let them know UPS was calling it a lost package, he immediately placed another order for me and offered to deal with UPS. Great customer service!

My husband loves the way this bar is built and the way it’s installed. The shipping took awhile. I took off one star because the color is much more yellow gold than I would have liked. It does not match my other champagne bronze accents. For this kind of money, I wish it would have been perfect

Cynda, thank you for your feedback — we completely understand the frustration. Color matching across vendors is one of the trickiest things in this space; even within categories like "champagne bronze," finishes vary noticeably between brands, and unfortunately it's very difficult for us to guarantee a match to another vendor's product. We do offer color sample kits for exactly this reason — they won't fix a purchase after the fact, but for future orders they help set accurate expectations before you commit. We also hear you on the shipping time and are always working to improve that. We really appreciate you taking the time to share this, and we're glad the bar itself and the installation have been a positive part of the experience.

Heated towel rack
Product, a heated towel rack, is very well designed and constructed. Not the least expensive, but worth the extra cost. The packaging was excellent, as were the instructions for assembly, with one exception. The explanation of how to make the electrical connection within the unit is very unclear, making it easy to set up a poor and possibly dangerous connection. We are looking forward to nice warm and dry towels.

I absolutely love my Bathroom Butler heated towel rack. I’ve had it for a little over a year now. I recently had a slight issue but Dean took care of it immediately! I had sent an email and Dean called me within 5 minutes. Very impressive. Great company to work with!!
