The Bathroom Butler is a beautiful accessory. It was well protected for shipping and arrived in perfect condition. The finish appears flawless and should be long-lasting. It comes with screw on covers for the fasteners that attach it to the wall. It's good knowing that they will not inadvertently fall off, and are easy to remove if the accessory ever needs to be taken down.
Purchased a heated towel bar for our master bathroom. Had a minor issue and reached out to the company. Dean Martin was very helpful and quickly resolved the problem. Would definitely recommend this company. Dean was extremely helpful.
Easy to communicate directly with a representative to facilitate and ensure the arrival of the items on time
Customer Support and specifically Craig were immensely helpful in determining if these products were right for our project, went the extra mile in giving us the necessary product and assembly information.
I landed on Bathroom Butler on a random search and was pleasantly surprised by the sites simplicity, ease of navigation and wealth of information. There were a lot of choices, sizes and colors. It was easy to install and just works. What sealed the deal was a sale price and 10% off the first order. sofarsogood.
Great customer service and great product. We love it!
I ordered the 13" Shower Rack 8520 Brushed Stainless Steel. I had a question about the finish and Dean answered my question very promptly. The package arrived at the specified time. It was very carefully packaged with all necessary hardware included. It truly is a piece of art. It's a shame to hide it in the shower. It should be displayed as a piece of art. I'm very satisfied with my purchase. I plan on purchasing a few more items to truly finish off my bathroom remodel.
The item I selected did not fit my Costco toilet paper. Measurements should be posted of the arm width. When I called to return the item the person I spoke to said do you use Costco Toilet paper because it doesn’t accommodate that size roll. This info should be stated in the description. It cost me shipping and time. Very ☹️ unhappy.
Dear Jeanne, we are sorry to hear that about your dissatisfaction with the product. We are actually in the process of creating a paper holder specifically for the Kirkland brand of toilet paper. We will notify when it is ready and in stock, and will be happy to send it to you and no additional charge. We do have a 30-day return policy but we do understand the inconvenience that this may have caused.
We purchased a towel warmer bar to replace one that quit working a few years ago (different manufacturer). This one was hardwired but we needed a plug in model. Contacted BB and they showed us the plug in connector that they make for these. We ordered and received in very easily. So far the towel warmer is working well.
The web store is very good. Customer service and shipping were excellent. The hardware is of a high quality. The pricing is good compared to similar hardware in the marketplace. Completely satisfied to date.
All the pieces look beautiful. We didn't have any issues with installation.
Product delivered fast. Easy install. Had one part that was defective super fast response from customer service had the part the next day. Really nice product. Love the heated towels!!
T Trying to find a double bar in 44” was a challenge but butler had one. Plus we got tired of tightening up our old bar by a different company. This bar was perfect. Just wish companies would use regular screws instead on screws that need an Allen wrench.
I had wanted to order the chrome heated towel rack, however, it was out of stock. I then picked the stainless steel finish. I’m very unhappy with it. It is dull and looks completely out of place. There was no visibility on when the chrome would be in stock again and since I needed to move ahead with my project, I settled for something less
Good instructions, fit our small space well, solid construction. I used the plug-in attachment and installed everything myself.
Great product, quality and ease of install. Stylish design. Video was helpful as well.
This company was very easy to work with and have a wonderful product.
The items purchase seemed to be of high quality and did not disappoint upon arrival. The items came quickly and were packaged nicely. They were a little pricey but I think it will be worth it in the long run as they seem very sturdy and of very high quality.
