Great communication. Jake was timely and did an excellent job. It didn't take as long to do the installation as was quoted which was nice.

Chris the technician that came out for the install did a great job. He arrived on schedule and completed the installation on time. He went over all the details on how to use the new system. He also assisted me in setting up the app on my iPhone. Overall, he did a great job.

I want to first say the installer that…
I want to first say the installer that did come out finally was great. The service between the time, I signed the contract and the installation was terrible. There was an appointment that was set up and the time came and went. I received a call stating the install would have to be rescheduled and that i would receive a month of free service... The service is what I need. I have a very large amount of expensive tools in the building, and the loss of those would cause immeasurable damage to my business. I felt like the associate who was helping me felt indifferent to say the least based on the "this is what it is" attitude. To top it off, as if that wasn't bad enough, after the install was done,(again not his fault) the installer asked me for a check for the second half of the payment for the installation. This would have been fine and even expected by him, but not by me, due to the fact that I wrote a check for the full $690 when the sales rep. was here getting me signed up. I explained to him that I had already paid the install total in full, and he said he'd look into it and get it taken care of, which I thought he did. The check cleared my account and a week or so later I received a bill that had the 1 month credited(thank you) and another request for payment of the second half of the installation fee! This is not instilling the confidence I need as a business owner in your companies abilities to handle normal everyday concerns. Feel free to give me a call to discuss any of the above concerns I've expressed.
