The 2 technicians were in our home for 3 full days updating our 30+ year-old security alarm system. They spent every moment working, only stopping to address our questions. After the installation was finished, they even returned to to show us how to operate the system when we had forgotten how to utilize every aspect. We would highly recommend Bay Alarm!
Initial set up was not as discussed in the original estimate. We discussed the need to have the alarm system monitored through a land line due to the fact of no WiFi in our rural area. This was forgotten or ignored, but was eventually remedied. Installation technicians did not show up when scheduled.
