Wish I would have seen reviews before placing order. Return policy bad and customer service is a joke. Since different time zone, they answer at night. Phone number doesn’t work. Clothes were not great quality. Looked cute on website, but not as good in person. I’ve learned my lesson if not shipped from USA, stay away. Also package arrived later than stated.
The return policy is a joke. You either can get a new item and pay $30 shipping, get a refund of 10% of the total you paid (with both of these you keep the items you don’t want), Or ship back to China at your huge expense! Lesson learned!!!
They say you can return products for 15 days on their website-at your expense, but they don’t mention return has to be sent to CHINA and it basically costs more to return than to just keep the item. If you want their stuff-order on Amazon so they actually provide good service. Took much longer to receive than expected. I expect that the 5 star reviews are fake.

Terrible experience. I have not received my order and Beachsissi say it was delivered so there's nothing they will do. The delivery company (NXCOMM) sent a text with a different order number, no address, saying they'd delivered from Yuntu - but I've asked twice to show proof they delivered to my actual address - they can't. $50 AU wasted!
Do NOT waste your money on this company. Their return options are absurd. Honestly, I laughed when I read them! I ordered 4 swimsuits for a total of $97. Cheaply made and none fit. When I tried to return, $45 to ship back to them. What?! I sent a message to their customer service and basically got a "these are your return choices, sorry you are not happy" Ridiculous!!
If I could give it a zero, I would. Poor customer service. Return policy a nightmare and lost $100 for cheap crap.
How do I check my tracking? I only set it up for my phone number.
I really wish I would have read these reviews before wasting my money! I was just about to head to the post office to pay to return the crap (poorly made, cheap fabrics) I bought. After reading any the hassle of the company not paying customs to receive returns, I'm going to cut my losses and make it my lifelong mission to tell everyone I know NOT to buy from this scam of a business. Lesson learned.

Terrible experience. Purchase a product in US dollars thinking it was a US site so cost was about $60 Australian plus postage so not China prices either. Purchase a size 16to 18 although I'm actually a 12 to 14. Received and could not fit past my knees likley a size 8 very very small. Asked to send back they said they will refund when returned. Cost me about $35 AUD to mail back to a Chinese address this is when I realised not US a company. After many non successful PayPal complaints and waiting many months as item was apparently 'stuck in customs' although shipping said arrived. I gave up at $100 AUD out of pocket and nothing to show for it.

I haven’t ordered from them and after reading these reviews i wont. I am very tired of these companies from over in China using American models to make us think the products are made here…. The shipping times are terrible and usually sizing is off. No more of this for me! I am just going to buy at my local boutique stores.

Terrible quality of material. Excessive shipping time. None of the items fit. In order to return, I have to pay the shipping to China, THEN they may not even refund me at that point.

The dress I ordered was poorly made and had no elastic in the shoulder part of the sleeves. The top of the dress would just fall off! They keep requesting pictures and I have complied by sending 3 pictures two separate times. The company policy states that they will provide full refunds with no shipping costs to customers that receive flawed items, yet they keep stalling by asking for pictures or to pick out another item. I don't want another dress nor pay for a return. This company lies to its customers.

Ship time was a week longer than stated. Swimsuits were too small (I ordered based on size chart) & suits smelled like rubber car tires. In order to get new suit/ new size, have to pay $30 but no guarantee items would fit & not smell bad. There is not a path to return merchandise & receive full refund. I would NOT recommend purchasing any items.

Avoid!!! Excessive, long ship times (these come from China). Poor quality, weird fit. They sent me the wrong suit and wanted me to pay return shipping (over $50). They kept sending the return policy stating customer is responsible for shipping if it is their error. When I would say it was the wrong suit they kept just resending the policy. They have a lot of negative comments on social media but erase them. CUPSHE is great for inexpensive swim wear and so is their support.

I have had a horrendous experience with this company!! I ordered some items and when they came the sizing was way off and not consistent with their size chart. Not only that but there were loose threads and seams coming open. the quality was very poor. When I tried to resolve this with them directly they took absolutely NO responsibility. They tried to tell me that even though seams were coming apart it "would not affect the wearing" which is absolutely ridiculous. Wear the swimsuit one time in the water and it will start coming apart. Atrocious. I have sent not less than 50 emails back and forth with them trying to resolve this. With them offering replacement items or partial credit. I do not want a replacement or credit. they are an awful company with poor quality merchandise and terrible service. I want nothing to do with them. It has been almost a month and they are still refusing to take responsibility. My items are faulty and incorrectly sized. The only acceptable solution is a full refund. It is even clearly stated on their website under their "return policy" that is items are damaged or incorrect beachsissi will refund and customer will bear no cost" however they refuse to acknowledge this or adhere to their policy.

Do not buy from this website!! They are a scam. I was sent faulty items with loose seams and incorrectly sized. The company refused to do anything about it. It has been weeks of backwards and forwards with them and I have gotten nowhere. Their policy clearly states a refund for faulty items but their customer service is terrible and they refuse to take responsibility. Be warned DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY SHOPPING HERE. You will be SCAMMED out of money!!
