RUN AWAY AS FAST AS YOU CAN!!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. They do not do refunds. If there is any problem with shipping or returns, say goodbye to your order and your money, because they keep making excuses (I ordered mid December, still have not got my stuff, and I'm out $250.) Now they want ME to confirm re-payment of the shipping costs!!

Instead of the sale prices on the 3 tankini suits I ordered, I got 3 at regular price and a free gift (bikini) that I can't even use. They switched Promo's on me, then told me I couldn't use both. That's not what I agreed to, & was very deceiving. They didn't send a confirmation email, so I had no idea I was paying full price & not getting the advertised promo. The swimsuits are cute & of good quality, but I will not order from them again.

Items don’t fit difficult to find out where to return them
I just ordered and received two swimsuits and a short outfit. The swimsuits don’t fit so I would like to return them and you don’t receive anything in the package telling you how to return them you have to contact their customer service department in order to get an address and I have now been waiting two days for that address but they’re return policy only gives you 15 days. Why does this have to be so difficult?

I received poorly made items and returned items for refund. The company advised if I provided a tracking number of the return I would get a refund. The company made excuses for 3 months in regards to my refund. Found out Beachsissi Company refused to pay "Custom Tax" to receive my return items back. I am now out of pocket for my 2 items and for the return postage cost. NEVER NEVER PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!!! 😡😡😡
Unfortunately it was too late to contact my bank to stop the payment but I will be contacting ACCC to report this company. I would advise others to do the same if they have had the same experience, otherwise this horrible company will continue to rip people off.

Really should say NO returns!!!! This seller requires the buyer to send tracking number on the return, which makes shipping costs $45.00 & from reading the reviews doesn’t even guarantee you get your money back. Also clothes are extremely odd fitting! This is a scam. Sell cheaply made, over priced clothing and then make it impossible to get your money back.

The product was nice quality but the fit off. Wanted to return, OK, I was within the SHORT 15 window to return but return address is Shanghai and they require tracking. Too expensive to bother to return. Someone will get a nice suit at a local charity. Buyer beware!

I ordered this item on May 8th along the way the delivery status was moving along and then all of a sudden it stopped moving for like 7 days it had same staus so I contacted beachissi at first I thought ok no response but after a few days like 5 the have responded the whole time trying to see why status was on a standstill where it was,they contacted the hub in NJ but all in all this company was very responsive and in making sure I was satisfied ,after searching they found where it finally arrived at local usps and today I received it may 25th ,so my expectation with them was low but after all said and done ,they couldn't of been more helpful,so if there is a glinch with your order reach out to them give them a few days to answer but they truly made sure all will be good with the order.thank you this is my experience i hope it gives others hope for their item.

I paid for 3-7 day express shipping….I didn’t get it! I ordered because I was going on vacation. The sizes are all over the place! I had ordered a medium previously, was to small, ordered a large and X-Large just to be safe this go around and way was waaaay to big! Frustrating to say the least. But most frustrating is paying for express shipping for it to come 2 weeks to late 😞

I was going on Vaca and needed a bathing suit. My credit card was working every other place, but somehow on the website they would not take my payment. I called my credit card company and they told me that I had to of been a vendor because everything is fine. When I emailed them to ask they basically told me to call my credit card company. Two weeks later when I finally was able to make the payment and it went through with the same credit card, it took about six weeks for the bathing suits to come in which was when I returned from my vacation. I repeatedly asked in an email if I could speak to somebody over the phone and they chose to ignore that question over and over. Now I have the bathing suits, try them on and need to return most of them because most of them don’t fit, I’ve been emailing them daily for three days and now it seems like I might not be able to return them because it’s past the 15 days they allow for returns. The communication is horrible, sometimes the app doesn’t even open, and I have about $500 worth of bathing suits that I feel like I wasted the money on when my husband is recovering from cancer and we need to pay those bills ASAP. If somebody from the company could finally get back to me that would be amazing so that I could return the bathing suits.

Cute swimsuits but long processing time.
I paid for expedited shipping but it was pointless because they took almost three weeks to process my order, too late for my vacation.
Only order from them if you don't need the products quickly.
Sizes run a little bit small, so consider ordering a size up.

Great selection of suits. I was a bit nervous about ordering from this site as I'd had a terrible experience with Fairy Season but happily found, my order was Great quality, fit well and the arrived within a reasonable time
