Reviewers overwhelmingly had a great experience with this company and its truly wonderful selection of baked goods. Customers frequently mention that the treats arrive fresh, are full of rich flavor, and make wonderful holiday gifts to share with loved ones. People also deeply appreciate the fast shipping services and the smooth online ordering process that makes purchasing everything very easy. However, some people mentioned that certain baked items arrived dry or slightly crumbly rather than perfectly moist and fresh. Others noted occasional problems with the fulfillment process, such as receiving incomplete packages or experiencing unexpected delivery delays.
Auto-generated from all reviews of this business. For reference only.As a repeat customer, I experienced exceptional service ordering by phone. I kept one fruitcake and gave the other four as special gifts that were greatly appreciated. The sale price was amazing - with free shipping! The individually wrapped slices can be a treat on the go or to share. They have a richness and are divine!
My parents had fruitcake at our home each Thanksgiving and Christmas. That is how I came to love fruitcake. It has been several years now that I have purchased my holiday fruitcake from your bakery. It always arrives fresh and delicious. The moment you take it out of the box the aroma brings back such pleasant memories and the taste is always satisfying. Thank you for your commitment to quality. Keep making this delicious fruitcake.
I live in southern California and have been unable to find a good bakery. Approximately 5 years ago I discovered Beatrice Bakery on line and have been ordering from them ever since. As a matter of fact, I have given their cakes as anniversary, birthday, Christmas and Easter gifts. Have found their products to always be fresh and the service is wonderful.
This bakery makes excellent food products. As someone who doesn't like fruitcake, I love their original and chocolate varieties. I am also now a fan of their new ginger cake. Shipments are prompt and ordering is easy which is why I have been a customer for years. I order for Christmas and at least one or more times per otherwise to sample new products or purchase favorites. BTW, it's less expensive to buy when they have special offers than to purchase from other sites.
Thanks so much for taking the time to leave us a 5-star rating – it’s much appreciated!
