Don’t order here
Don’t order here. Your order will not be fulfilled on time and you will be left with scrambling to find something else. She will email saying no one is working that day and your order will not be completed. Try another bakery instead of this small business. Huge disappointment and now I’m left with no cookies for a party.

We’re genuinely sorry you were disappointed as I know how much you love our cookies. Your trio cookie order was placed after our published Thursday 11:00 AM cutoff for Friday pickup. Because we schedule our small team and production in advance, we were unable to accommodate the order after the cutoff, and this order came in 12 hours after our stated policy cutoff.
As soon as we received it late the night before pickup, we contacted you, issued a full refund, and provided alternative options where our cookies were available locally for you.
Because we value our customers, we’ve accommodated several of your previous late orders as a courtesy in the past, despite them continually being placed after our published cutoff. Each time, we explained that these were exceptions and reminded you of our ordering policy. Unfortunately, we can no longer continue making exceptions and put our staff out and must consistently follow our published deadlines for all customers.
We appreciate your past business and wish you the best.
The cookies looked great. The petite bakers choice option was perfect for our event. Everyone was raving about them and kept asking where they were from so I'm glad stickers were added to the boxes, including each type of cookie and ingredients used was an added bonus!
I ordered the B&B 6 pack for my friend’s birthday and they were a total hit! I love the ability to mix and match the flavors and that B&B is consistently refreshing their menu with new cookie options! Always delish and always a fan favorite! Can’t wait to order again, thanks!

Delicious Delivery
I received the first box of my monthly Half-Dozen Specialty Scoop cookie subscription this week, and I couldn’t be happier. The cookies were carefully packed and looked absolutely delicious—and they tasted even better. I requested peanut butter and chocolate chip–based cookies and was thrilled to receive a great variety, including APB (All Peanut Butter), Back to Basics Chocolate Chip, and Peanut Butter Cup.
