i was surprised by how small the 12oz sampler cakes were when they arrived. they're great for gifting/tasting, but read the size descriptions carefully before ordering, especially if you feed a lot of people. also, labeling on the sampler could be clearer. it's hard to tell which cake is which without a guide

I thought it came from Beatrice, but it was shipped from Ohio. The key lime was good but didn’t taste like Key lime.

I love Grandma's. My favorite is the date nut bread but I also like the fruitcake, including the different varieties. The only think I have not liked was the red velvet cookies. I was expecting soft, not hard. Are you going out of business or just closing the retail store?
Great service, speedy shipping, wonderful staff, and on top of that, they have a totally awesome fruitcake. The sad part is, I’ve read that they will be closing their bakery. For 20 years I use to drive to Beatrice 2-3 times a year and buy some of their “second to none” products. Closing their doors not only leaves an empty spot in the fridge and pantry, but also an empty spot in my heart.
