This is not my first purchase with becharming and it definitely won’t be the last. All my purchases have been great! This time, a ring that I ordered just happened to be out of stock in my size and a Pandora associate called me personally and helped me straighten everything out so that I can continue to receive the special off that was going on. i ordered in the beginning in january, took a while to ship so i emailed customer service and they said it was out of stock and asked if i wanted a refund. i asked when it will be back in stock and they said 10 days so i waited. i finally got an email that it shipped on february 12 and received on valentine's day. overall im happy i got my product eventually
