it's a scam, they send some bad quality product from Czech with no instruction whatsoever, and they will then try to prevent you from returning the product. pure scam

This is the worst company, I ordered a bird trap for over 45 USD, they send a mouse trap (retail value 2 USD), and they keep telling me that I received a modified and improved product. Of course it is not suitable for birds... After many many emails they agreed to refund, and then they told me that my refund does meet their refund policy!! What the heck... Bad company, this is not real and please don't buy from them. It's not even worth "1 star", but I had to click something. I wish I could zero stars.

This site is definitely a scam site. They sent a cheap mouse trap instead of the 500 bird baits I ordered. After a few emails exchanges with me requesting a refund each time, and them trying to convince me to be satisfied with their cheap mouse trap, they simply stopped responding.

Scam! I ordered pigeon bait for $40 was sent a cheap mouse trap that isn’t worth $1 and wouldn’t work on pigeons anyway. Disputed charge with my credit card company.
