ordered pigeon bait ,opened sealed bag and discovered threepenny mousetrap inside having already waited THREE weeks for parcel to arrive.I think trading standards might have to be notified.

Wrong delivery and they not take it back. They took the ordered product out of the catalog ans send a complete other product which was 30 times more expensive as one of the compeditor. There is no 100% guarantee, just some stupid mails. I gave the incident to the lawyer.
Very suspicious company I did order and…
Very suspicious company I did order and within two weeks it was shipped, but it showed it was stuck in New York for almost one month, then out of the blue. It just arrived at our home. I had ordered the bird killer sheet was very vague. I was told it came with 500 pellets and it could kill up to 500 birds. Only to find each pellet was nothing but a grain of Wheat covered with red substance, thinking that it was very potent. I tried to give only a few pellets to the to pest pigeons, To pellet said nothing so over the next couple days I gave them more and more till I finally gave them the entire bag with no effect on the pigeons. They just seem to enjoy a free meal, not potent at all.
Professional scammers
Professional scammers, they sent me a mouse trap which is about 50 cents from the chinese very bad company, professional scam, don-t buy from them, they are dedicated to rip people off don-t trust them it is probably one or two people who just sit there laughing in our faces go to hell and burn forever

Same as all the other reviews! This place is a joke. Paid for "premium" shipping (1-4 days). It's been two weeks since they issued a shipment email, complete with a UPS tracking number that they take out so they can bill. If you order from them be sure to use a credit card.

Out of country. Unknowledgeable staff
Had no clue they were even out of country until I tracked package seeing it was in New York customs since June 1. I messaged asking how long their packages are in customs and why there is no address on their site showing they are out of U.S.. I got a response asking for my name, email, phone number, order number etc...all info I put in my required tabs at start of message. I then replied asking how in this day and age of Customer Relationship Management software can someone not just put in a phone number to find that customer. That technology has been around for over a decade to do so. Anyways, it's June 7, 2024 and it's been in customs since June 1. Who in the hell knows what I've been sent. I'm just chalking it up to a loss. I said I would be reviewing them to let people know that they are overseas.

Buyers beware. After waiting 3 weeks for a product that cost £39 and £9 postage I received a package that I can buy for £4 in any hardware store. The company is a total rip-off I suggest potential customers stay well clear of of this company.

A PURE SCAM. Do not even contemplate FOR 1 MILISECOND ordering from this "company". I ordered the product 4 weeks ago - £40 including shipping. The product was never shipped, never even showed up with the carrier. I have received 11 "sorry for the inconvenience, dear valued customer" emails and requested a refund - nothing has changed. Please do not engage with these clowns. A pure waste of time. Sincerely John.

Total scam. The company show base in Delaware USA but order came from France via Luxemburg. The bird bait it is not working and the company has no phone to contact them. Total waste your money. Takes weeks before you receive this junk.
