This company feels like a complete scam. I ordered bird control packets but received a small metal trap instead. Despite contacting them multiple times, they refused to resolve the issue and kept deflecting my requests. I'm out $46 and have email proof of all the back-and-forth. Extremely frustrating and disappointing experience.

Do not believe on such thing as refund. They have a terrible service, plus the product has a very strong smelling and caused me serious allergy.

The product took almost one month to arrive, during which time I was forced to hire a pest control service to address the issue I originally purchased the product for. By the time it finally arrived, it was no longer needed. Despite this, I still tested the product. However, the results were alarming — the extremely strong odor almost caused me to faint, even though both the product label and the website clearly state that it is “odorless.” This is misleading and dangerous. Following its use, I developed a severe allergic reaction that prevented me from sleeping in my own bed. Selling a domestic-use product with such strong and harmful effects demonstrates a clear lack of care for consumer safety and health. Terrible!!!
