From what I’m seeing on the Reviews The Customers from the US are the ones not getting replies and waiting weeks for their purchase. The other Countries seem to have no issues. Why is this ?

I ordered 3 items in April

I ordered 3 items in April. I still haven't received anything. No updates. No message's nothing..... Is this normal. I expected it would be at or around the 20 days. I am just confused and irratated.

Order never shipped

I ordered several pieces of clothing and was given an estimated shipping date of 30 days. It's now been 45 days and I don't even have tracking information. I have tried to contact them twice through their contact form on the website and have received no response.

I love the clothes I've got through Bellepoque. They all have a little bit of a stretchy like material, that helps make everything fit comfortably. I definitely recommend this company to all girls that love the vintage retro style clothing.

All the items I ordered were well made and fitted nicely. The fabrics were nice and colors are vibrant. My only complaint is that it took over 3 weeks to get my order. I would definitely order from this company again!
