After an unacceptably long wait, the item finally arrived on 23rd December 2024 (almost 4 weeks after the order was placed). However, the product delivered was both incorrect and defective. I had ordered the duo birthstone bracelet for January (Garnet, Red) and November (Topaz, Yellow/Orange or Blue). The bracelet I received was orange and gold, which obviously did not match the specifications of my order, and also had missing gemstones. I have written to Belove Jewel 3 times now with no response so have had to officially raise my concerns with AMEX (who I luckily paid with).
Waited over 4 weeks for delivery then when it came was stone missing not impressed was a present for my daughter waiting for reply an refund uk customer

I order Dec 7th paid for express shipping and I still have not received tracking or the package. I emailed support twice and both times said it was being inspected then it would go to warehouse for shipment. Still days later nothing. Something told me to cancel this order and go somewhere else but I didn't and now I'm regretting it. Ugh!

I have just received goods from them when I cancelled the order within 5 minutes of ordering it, yet they sent them anyway. Every excuse from them stating the goods had already been shipped which was LIES. The goods are cheap rubbish and nothing like the ones they advertise. I have sent over 15 emails to them and get nothing but excuse after excuse. There is no return address either. This is definitely a SCAM company so please do not order anything from them. Why are they stating they are a UK company when all correspondence is from CHINA?????????
I ordered a photo ring with my Grandchildren on from this company. It came with the photo printed on its side and looks stupid and can’t be worn. I complained immediately and was told that’s the only way they could fit it on!!! No one contacted me to say the photo wasn’t suitable they just printed it wrong and tough. They’ve offered me a 10% refund meaning I’ve paid 90% for something I can’t wear. NEVER order from this Company
