It took ages but I eventually got a refund this lady is the only person from beloved jewel who gave me a full refund for the order there's many of her colleagues who I can't even email I can't in all honesty recommend this company the products seem ok but time will tell

The product is well it's okay worth £26 not sure so I bought the sweet pea necklace with mine my son's and my husband's birthstone in the picture looks lovely when it comes it's not surrounded it's flat off it's actually quite lifeless to be honest after receiving it know they're made to order and that takes time delivery took 9 Days I wouldn't order again of this company to be honest

My 78 year old mother ordered me a bracelet off this site for my birthday it’s been 6 weeks and nothing has arrived. It’s an endless circle trying to get someone to give her an answer it’s caused nothing but grief for an old lady. Tracking numbers provided don’t seem to work when you confirm your postcode either!
Beware of this company you probably won’t receive your order! Will be reporting to Watchdog if it doesn’t turn up. Disappointing experience

My order took a very long time to arrive and when it did both rings that I had ordered had the wrong stones. I checked my order as I thought it might have been my mistake but no. The stones are completely wrong. I was so disappointed as I had ordered them for myself & my daughter to wear to a special event.
