I gave a 3 only because the print turned out great. But it took over 3 weeks and I was unable to contact anyone for an update on why it took so long. I sent 3 emails, all were unanswered. Terrible customer service. I will be taking my business somewhere else.
Never Again
I would rate this company as a zero but that was not an option. I never received my order. Tried to contact customer service through both emails on the website and never received a reply. Customer service phone number does not work. I waited a very long time for an order I never got. My opinion is that this company is total scam.

Great product, terrible communication
This is my second time using this service, so let's start with the good. The product end result is fantastic, good quality and very affordable. The bad: At no point from the time I completed my order until the time I received my order did the order information change. Meaning that there was no indication that the creation of my order had happened, there was no indication that my order had shipped, and lastly, there was no indication that my order arrived. All of that happened long AFTER I had already received my product. This happened both times. Also, since I have read other reviews regarding how long they waited for their product to arrive, I thought I'd share my experience. In my opinion, it took a Long time - over a month for both of my purchases.

Your complete lack of communication when I had a problem getting the product no matter how many emails I sent or when I tried to call with the telephone number you had listed showed me that you. I never want to deal with your company again.
Slightly Disappointed for the Price…
I was slightly disappointed for the price. The picture was nice from a distance, but grainy and not good quality close up. I did expect better for what I paid. I have paid less and received better from other sellers.

Ordered on 1/27/25 and received on 3/3/25 . I don’t recommend if you want something in a timely matter. They have customer service but they don’t respond to numerous emails . The day I got this email for a review is the day I received item. Will not recommend and will not order again from this company. K.T
Didn't get 1/2 of order. No response from company at all
I ordered a canvas and a Zodiac blanket. Only the canvas showed up. I tried to email, sent a message through Facebook, called, and replied to automated emails but no response. I have however received multiple emails about ensuring I got the best service and asking for a review. I love the canvas, and I was very excited about the blanket. Extremely disappointed. Usually don't give bad reviews, hoping someone will see this and respond to one of my emails.

Whist the picture was amazing and beautiful the canvas print quality wasn't the best.Also the canvasing job was poor and we received the canvas with ripples on the side..I have emailed to rectify the issue or return the product but have had no response to my emails.

My order arrived incorrect and when I notified the company they told me they shipped a replacement but I never got it. The tracking number they sent me never worked so I don’t know where it went. I still don’t have a correct order for our memorial.

Print not received, no customer service
Update, I finally received the 30x60 canvas print on 2/25. Very low quality picture with high pixelation. I have requested instructions on how to return the print and get a refund. I will update if/when they respond. I ordered a large canvas print on February 1st. The current date is February 23rd. I haven't received a tracking or the print. I have sent two status inquiry emails that have gone unanswered. Their order confirmation states 3-5 working days for a tracking number and shipping is estimated 3-7 working days later and it has been nearly a month. It was a large and very expensive for me print so I will be canceling and requesting a refund tomorrow.

It has been 23 days since ordered was placed for Wall Art in remembrance of my fiancé’s cat. I still have not received it or any communication except they want a review. And for what? I have nothing! Guess my $51 was stolen! Is this even a legitimate site! Maybe a scam????
