I ordered as a gift, there is no where to leave a gift message. After two and a half weeks of hearing nothing from the company as far as shipping or order status I emailed them. No one ever got back to me. Thankfully the gift was finally received but I haven’t seen it yet to comment on how it came out.
I am disappointed in the quality of my picture. I thought it would be higher quality due to the price. It's dull, and cheap looking. Very disappointed. I should have checked their no return policy. Very disappointed

Today is January 22 and I have sent my third message to this company. There is no phone number to actually contact someone by. I placed an order for a pet memorial on January 3 and after a week and a half I checked status on the order and it says in production. After two weeks I checked and got the same result, in production. I’ve just now checked again at two days away from being three weeks since I placed the order. When I placed the order their information said production starts within three days and the products are usually sent out within five days of the order being placed. I am canceling payment on this and only wish I had read these previous reviews before placing any order. Terrible company, virtually no customer service, will never try to order anything from them ever again. Be warned. This company does not know the meaning of customer service.
You have not sent any shipping information at all, my card has been charged, I have not received the item I ordered. It would appear that you are a fraud.
I would give 0 stars if that were an option. This company has absolutely no customer service. The only means of contact is by email and from my experience they ignore their emails. I cancelled my order 8 minutes after placing it (that was their stated policy -send them an email to cancel). I double-checked the email address and it was accurate. I sent them another the next day just to make sure. They charged my card and sent the product anyway. I am in the process of disputing the charge with my credit card company. I would say stay FAR away from this company.
I ordered in November 22nd 2024 it is now January 9th and I JUST got my order a couple days ago!! One blanket that was for my Father n Law for Christmas that had a picture of Him and my Husband (who passed Away September 18th, 2023) One canvas for my mother. I didn’t receive them until January the canvas came January 3rd and the blanket came January 6th ! I never got an email for a tracking number after I ordered and never received an email telling me I wouldn’t get them for Christmas I Did Get a confirmation email the day I ordered (November 22nd) that said to allowed 5-7 business days ! I will neeeever use this company again, they take ZERO Responsibility for their extremely Poor work ethics !
I was charged on Dec 11th. I have received no tracking number or communication, since that time. I have reached out numerous times through their “customer service” and can’t get a response. Googled address and it says “TEMPORARILY CLOSED”. It appears to just be a home in a neighborhood.
Trying to decide which beautiful canvas to order was the toughest part of the process. The one we chose was as nice as the pictures on the website. It looks beautiful in the space my wife chose.

I ordered on 10-4. Advertised 3-5 days to create print, then 3-7 to deliver. After 10 days of no updates, I began emailing customer service(x2) and still haven’t gotten a response. 2 weeks after order placed, I got a tracking number and it was eventually delivered. I love the print, but advertised time was invalid and customer service was nonexistent.
I was not impressed. It was not what I expected. The online picture looked richer and more defined than the actual canvas.
It turned out better than I expected, Arrived at perfect timing! Would love to order again.

Placed order on 9/27/24. According to the company's email below, "Please allow 3-5 working days to receive a tracking number while your order is hand-crafted, packaged and shipped from our facility. Estimated shipping time is 3-7 working days later. When your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping notification with a tracking number via email." It has been 13 businesses days since I placed my order and never received an order update or tracking number. I emailed twice with no response but then received an email asking to rate my experience. I see other reviews where other customers had same experience. Not good when you see a pattern.

I ordered what I thought was a cemetary stone. The piece I got is about 1/4 inch thick. It is very pretty but I don't know if it will hold up to weather.
Placed my order on 8-24-24. Order should have been processed within 2-3 days & delivered within 5-10 days according to their policy online. 11 business days later I still didn’t receive the Gone fishing memorial which should of been on canvas according to their description. I sent emails to the email provided inquiring about my order but NEVER got a response. I also called their phone # in Houston,TX got a recording that said they couldn’t take my call. After looking up the address in TX I realized it was a residential home. I then contacted the better business bureau & was told no permit for doing business was at this address. So I called my credit card company to stop payment on 9-12-24. I ordered this plaque for our brother-in-laws funeral which was on 9-21-24. The same day I stopped payment, I get an email asking for a review on my order from BEST canvas wall art. I didn’t open it because I thought it was a scam & would compromise my computer since I didn’t get the plaque. We returned home from the out of state funeral on 9-27-24. Then on 9-29-24 the plaque was dropped at our front door. I would never recommend this business to anyone. The plaque wasn’t covered with canvas as their ad says. It was painted on black slate. I only got emails from them after I stopped my payment. Stating my tracking # has been changed. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
