Received a blurry/distorted picture

Received a blurry/distorted picture, the picture was blown up to large for the low DPI resolution. They did contact me after 2 weeks asking for pictures, I sent them in and now they won't communicate with me, I have contacted paypal. So far no response!! It is 8/12 I still have not heard from them....

Within 80 days my son lost his 14 yr & 15 yr old dogs. Both had been emotional support dogs for him and the plaques are a wonderful remembrance . The quality of the products and spped of service are excellence.

It was easy to order my product and it came in a timely manner as well. I am absolutely thrilled with the plaque I ordered for my daughter. The picture of her and her dog is clear and the wording for Waiting at the Door is also sharp. No complaints here

I received someone else's custom print

I received someone else's custom print. There was no phone # to call and talk with them. I sent 3 emails and a photo of what I received vs what I ordered and never got a response from Best Canvas. What I did get was this survey. Had to purchase another anniversary gift from somewhere else. I do not recommend this company for your purchases

The reason for this 1 star review: I receive a customer feedback survey before I receive my product and also before I even receive the tracking number for my purchase. And still haven’t gotten a response to my email.

Typographic error corrected

**Update**The company has corrected the canvas for me and I am very pleased with it. It is absolutely beautiful. I ordered a pet memorial canvas and only realized after I received it that part of the poem (Don't Cry Sweet Mama) repeats itself. It should say "I am glad you took me on that day", but instead says "I am glad you took me on took me on that day". Beware to read carefully before approving a preview. I did not check that the poem was correct only my customizations.

Wonderful experience

If I could give them 10 stars I would. I was disappointed in the picture I initially received as it was much darker than the one previewed. However, their customer service, in particular Jeseca, made it effortless for me and I am so pleased with the replacement picture and how they handled things. I will continue to shop there as a result of my positive experience with them.
