I ordered a stone plaque for my friend who lost her dog on 9/23/24. It was supposed to be delivered on 10/8/7/24. Every time I looked it was still "In production". I sent 4 emails - They never responded or answered any of them. There is no phone # listed. I looked up their US office in Houston and it is a residential house in a subdivision- no industrial. This is a scam.
Never received by "Best Canvas Wall Art." The only contact information for customer service is an email address and they won't reply.
I'm very pleased with my beautiful mountain canvas. I just wish I would have gotten a much larger size.
Ordered two things. The Christmas canvas is everything I hoped for. The ornament I received was not the ornament I ordered. No one to talk to about the problem. Emailed support but not expecting a reply.

I received my canvas art damaged during shipping. I immediately contacted support. They replied for additional info, but after 6 weeks no replacement sent so I contacted them again, but no reply after a week. Will they honor their own guarantee to replace damaged products?
The canvas looks fantastic, the shipping was too expensive though.

Misspelled order. I tried to contact the customer service but didn’t get any response back until my 5th try and even then after they told me we will get a replacement order I didn’t receive any tracking number. I tried to bc intact them again but received no response.
I sent you two emails. No answer. The postal service said it was undeliverable. They sent it to be destroyed because it was perishable! Crazy. Now what? I’m so disappointed.
The finished product was very nicely done. Quality was excellent. Would have given 5 stars but using the interactive to pick a picture was a concern. The proof showed some white at top of picture which was not on my original. They did say after they would send me an exacting proof before creating the finished product. Unfortunately it never arrived until after they had finished the product and shipped it. Plus responses were rather slow to emailed questions. Luckily the finish product did turn out good however I had concerns until seeing the final proof which I saw virtually the day the finished product arrived. Shipping was quick and packaging was good so no damage occurred in shipping.
it took a little longer than I had expected to receive the picture but it was very nicely packed and without damage.
