Horrible costumer service
I’ve purchased so many systems from them in the past and the moment they send a defective one that had low density with I only noticed after placing it on. They said it happens sometimes that they get some that are defective and only offered $20 off my next purchase. Rather than replacing the hair system. We spend $300+ on these are expect that value. Not $20 credit towards ANOTHER purchase.

Ive had roughly 5 or so stock medical wigs from Besthairsystem, never an issue. Fast shipping, questions answered fast. Best fitting caps ever and more durable than any other medical cap I've tried. I do have my friend color and cut, and she never had an issue getting the coloring to take. Thanks Besthairsystems
