Definitely a scam company, avoid at all costs. Stupidly didn't read the reviews before signing up...sign up offer advertised & not received, winnings stuck "pending"...signed up with multiple bookmakers before and never had this problem, thankfully only deposited a small amount, be careful people!

I withdrew £200 Saturday 3.42 pm, its Monday after and I still haven't been paid. Waited 3 hours in a queue to speak to a representative, I finally gave up as it kept going from 18 people before me to 19 people before me..thus went on for 20 minutes so I hung up. When checking the payout procedure on there site,it said payout within 4 hours and sometimes instantly. What a joke, I managed to speak to someone thus morning, and was advised my ticket (whatever that means)was being processed, well 9 hours later its still pending. What makes me laugh is they say your money is "safe" like they're doing us a favour, that's not even up for debate. Of course our money should be safe, well it'll only be safe is i ever get it back...no landline just stupid antiquated messaging service, which isn't fit for purpose. And obviously there's no accountability, if I ever get my money I'll be closing my account immediately. Please don't use this online gaming app, its the worst one ive ever used 🤬

I opened an account won over 5000 tries to withdraw it said it can take up to 7 days due to the amount then next minute they suspend my account due to responsible gambling when they don't even g8ve u a minute to fill it out and u cannot contact them on live chat as ur suspended and they don't answer your emails...I will be takin this to Gambling committee and further as there quick to take your money but as soon as you win they suspend u and don't pay out.. avoid at all costs people
