I withdrew £200 Saturday 3.42 pm, its Monday after and I still haven't been paid. Waited 3 hours in a queue to speak to a representative, I finally gave up as it kept going from 18 people before me to 19 people before me..thus went on for 20 minutes so I hung up. When checking the payout procedure on there site,it said payout within 4 hours and sometimes instantly. What a joke, I managed to speak to someone thus morning, and was advised my ticket (whatever that means)was being processed, well 9 hours later its still pending. What makes me laugh is they say your money is "safe" like they're doing us a favour, that's not even up for debate. Of course our money should be safe, well it'll only be safe is i ever get it back...no landline just stupid antiquated messaging service, which isn't fit for purpose. And obviously there's no accountability, if I ever get my money I'll be closing my account immediately. Please don't use this online gaming app, its the worst one ive ever used 🤬
